We are now showing Albert Frey House II ("Frey House") (1964) on select tours.  This is one of the most iconic and spectacular residences in Palm Springs.  Its innovative nature virtually transcends the realm of architecture placing this home closer to the realm of art.  It is a unique home situated on an elevated site with stunning views of the valley below.  Please let us know if you would like us to inquire about the availability of the Frey House for your tour.  Visits to the Frey House incur an additional fee of $50 per person.  The Frey House tours are offered exclusively as an add-on to our standard tour, which features additional interiors.  Visits to the Frey House require advance reservations with a minimum of 48 hours notice.  As the official tour of the Palm Springs Art Museum Architecture and Design Center, we are given special consideration to view the house, however, please note that it is not always available.  Tours that include the Frey House are 3 hour tours (a 3 hour tour...)  Tours of the Frey House are not available on weekends or during Modernism Week.

Dr. Franz Alexander House

We are thrilled to be showcasing the Dr. Franz Alexander House as an add-on to our standard tours.  The house was designed by the immensely imaginative architect Walter White and was completed in 1955.  The house hovers above its hillside site and the swooping curve of the roof dramatizes the wonderful views of the valley below.  Visits to the Dr. Franz Alexander House incur an additional fee of $50 per person.  The house was recently listed on the National Register of Historic Places in large part for its  unique and spectacular architecture.

Frederick Loewe Estate

It is an honor to be showing legendary Broadway composer Frederick Loewe's  amazing estate.   The house sits on 2-1/2 acres of gloriously landscaped gardens on an elevated site with wonderful views of the valley below. Visits to the Frederick Loewe Estate incur an additional fee of $50 per person and are subject to very limited availability.  It is AMAZING.  Scroll down for a view of the dining room.  NOTE:  This house has very sporadic availability.
